Ordering
 





All orders must be placed at least 3 working days in advance prior to event date. Bookings are subject to availability.
Any cancellations to booking must be made at least 2 working days before event date.  Should cancellation made lesser than the required days. Kim’s Kitchen will bill 30% accordingly on the invoice amount. 
Kim’s Kitchen reserves the right to replace any menu item should it be unavailable at the time of the event.
Transport charges would be waived if buffet is above $ 750.00


 
Payment Mode
 


Cheque
Made payable to ‘Kim’s Kitchen Pte Ltd.  A penalty charge of $20 will be imposed for any dishonoured cheque.

Internet Banking
Please transfer to: DBS Current 104-901440-1 and SMS to 8540 4026 upon payment made. 
  Cash Payment
Cash must be handed directly to driver.  Please ensure that our driver sign on your invoice with the date stated upon payment. 

 
Delivery/Collection
 






Delivery time is from 8am to 8pm daily. Last collection time is 11pm.
For
Buffet / Hi Tea, transportation charge is $40.66 (including GST) & during  eve & public holiday is $ 51.36 (including GST)
For
Bentos / Packet Meals, transportation charge is $ 16.05 (incl GST) & during eve and public holiday is $ 21.40 (including GST)
A charge of $ 20.00 per order ($21.40 incl GST) will be imposed for early delivery or for set up done on non-lift level.  Please be informed that we will not be held responsible for any damages during the set up.

Collection time – 3 hours per buffet

 
Important Note
 


Catered food is advised to be consumed within 3 hours upon arrival time.
Packed food is advised to be consumed within 2 hours upon arrival time.
