Delivery Time: Lunch 11a.m - 1p.m, Dinner 5p.m - 7p.m
Menu may vary with prior notice due to unforeseen seasonal nature and market fluctuation on the ingredients
Meals will not be served on 1st Day & 2nd Day of Chinese New Year. Meal will be replaced
For Trial Meal, food is served in microwavable containers.  If customers wish to have the confinement package after the trial meal, he will have to call / email us 2 days before to start the confinement package.
Customers have to return all washed tiffin carriers the next day.  Please note that customers are responsible for the cleanliness, lost and damage of the Tingkats.  Do refrain from putting our Tingkats under direct fire as it would damage the containers.
A replacement cost of $ 15.00 from customer would be charged if containers are damaged or lost.
Microwavable containers will be used for the last delivery
For service activation, kindly contact us at 6342 4988 / 8777 7476 two day in advance, BEFORE 3 pm


 
Payment Term
 










20% Deposit is required upon confirmation and it is non-refundable.
Balance payment is payable on the 1st day of service. We reserved the right to terminate the service if payment is not made by the 5th day of service.
Payment Mode
Cheque - Made payable to Kim's Kitchen Pte Ltd. A penalty charge of $20 will be imposed for any dishonoured cheques.
Internet Banking - Please transfer to: DBS Current 104-901440-1 and SMS to 8540 4026 upon payment made.
Cash payment - Cash must be handed directly to driver. Please ensure that our driver sign on your invoice with the date stated upon payment.

A charge of 1.5% interest will be imposed on over-due payment.

Please inform us with 1 working day notice, BEFORE 3pm should cancellation of meal is needed. No cash refund will be given; however the cancelled meal will be replaced.
