Terms & Conditions


Monthly Tingkat delivery is equivalent to 20 weekday’s meal delivery.
No delivery during weekends, Public Holidays & Eve of Chinese New Year.
Delivery Time: Lunch 10 am – 2 pm, Dinner 3 pm – 7 pm
No delivery to CBD area.
Customers who wish to skip meal would require to notify us 2 working days (before 11am) in advance.  No cash refund will be given; however the cancelled meal will be replaced
Full payment must be pay on the 1st day of Tingkat delivery.  We reserved the right to terminate the service if payment is not made by the 5th day of service

  Payment Mode

Made payable to ‘Kim’s Kitchen Pte Ltd.  Please indicate your Blk / Unit Number on the reverse side of the cheque.  A penalty charge of $20 will be imposed for any dishonoured cheques.

  Internet Banking
Please transfer to: DBS Current 104-901440-1 and SMS to 8163 3976 with your Blk / Unit No upon payment made. 
    Cash Payment
Cash must be handed directly to driver.  Please ensure that our driver sign on your invoice with the date stated upon payment.
A charge of 1.5% interest will be imposed on over-due payment.


With Auto Renewal System, a new cycle of 20 days will be automatically renewed for the customers.  To terminate, please call / email within 3 working days, before 4pm, prior to the date of expiry.
For Trial Meal, food is served in microwavable containers and there is no cancellations allowed during the trial meal period.  If customers wish to continue the service after the trial meal, he will have to call / email us 1 day before to start the monthly Tingkat service.
Customers have to return all washed tiffin carriers the next day.  Please note that customers are responsible for the cleanliness, lost and damage of the Tingkats.  Do refrain from putting our Tingkats under direct fire as it would damage the containers. 
A replacement cost of $ 15.00 from customer would be charged if containers are damaged or lost.
